A European Culinary Odyssey Starring Noah Pardo. Shredded chicken keema and dahl gosht, a spicy lamb and lentil curry. Both great, but again, its difficult to beat lamb, especially when its been slow cooked this long. Saag aloo, not pictured, was also delicious. Peshwari Naan, coconut style. Lamb chops along with chicken and paneer tikka. Apple strudel with vanilla ice cream. Amazing Pelmeni with meat fillings.

Sunday, May 24, 2015. Patio Fare Featuring Pesto and Focaccia. Mom and I both had a bit of a nap, and then around 2pm we woke up and decided we better do something productive with our day. So we decided to make lunch. We baked the loaded bread for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees; just long enough to heat the bread and tomatoes without melting all of that beautiful burrata.
